Overview

TezCounter helps retail businesses manage billing, stock, and customers efficiently.

1. Create an account or sign in.
2. Complete your business profile (owner, GSTIN, address).
3. Choose a plan and activate, or start a 7-day free trial.

Free Trial

• 7-day trial on the Starter plan.
• No add-ons during trial.
• Trial starts when you opt in from the pricing page and complete profile.
• One trial per business/account. If you previously trialed or subscribed, trial won’t be available.
• Trial users are taken directly to the dashboard; checkout is skipped.
• Upgrade any time during the trial; your paid plan starts immediately.

Pricing & Taxes

All prices shown on the site are GST-inclusive. You will not see an additional tax line at checkout. Invoices include a GST breakdown along with your business details.

Keep your GST information up to date in your profile to ensure correct invoicing.

Plans & Billing

• Monthly and yearly billing cycles may be available.
• Enterprise is custom pricing. Contact sales to get a tailored quote.
• Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades typically apply next cycle.
• You can cancel any time before your renewal date to avoid further charges.

Payments

• Payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
• Supported methods typically include UPI, cards, netbanking, and wallets.
• We do not store full card data on our servers.
• Payment confirmation and invoice receipts are emailed to you.
